During the first week in July we managed to capture a small
Western Diamondback Rattler at the camp.
We fixed up a safe habitat using an aquarium and named him "Ralph."
Each week of camp we did a nature demonstration by feeding Ralph a small mouse.

For those of you are interested, Ralph was relocated to a safe
place
away from the camp by the South
Texas Herpetology Association.
