reserve the right to adjust menu selections based on our inventory and the needs
of the groups for which we are providing food service. Our basic menus for each
of the meals is listed below to give you an idea of what you might expect.
Breakfast
entrée, meat, fresh fruit, bread, cereal, coffee, juice, milk
sample: scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cantaloupe, grapes,
oranges
Lunch
entrée, 1-2 sides, salad, bread, dessert, tea, coffee, milk
sample: chicken fajitas and grilled vegetables with sides of sour cream,
shredded cheddar
pico degallo, guacamole, refried beans and Mexican rice, cinnamon-sugar cookies
Supper
entrée, 1-2 sides, salad, bread, dessert, tea, coffee, milk
sample: roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, dinner rolls,
salad bar, peach cobbler
