2008 Scholarship Application Process

If you cannot afford the total fee for summer camp, then there is some limited scholarship help available. The usual procedure is for the family to contribute one-third of the fee, the local church contributes a third, and the camp provides a scholarship for the remaining third of the fee.

To apply for a scholarship follow the steps below:

1. Obtain a 2008 scholarship form by downloading it from this web site or contacting the office. (Note: Online registration cannot be used)

2. Complete the form including all the information and make sure that it is signed by both the parent and the pastor.

3. Obtain a 2008 camp registration form by downloading it from this web site or contacting the office.

4. Obtain a 2008 camp health form by downloading it from this web site or contacting the office.

5. Complete both forms

6. Make out a check or complete credit card info for the family contribution of one-third of the registration fee.

7. Mail the completed forms (registration + health form + scholarship app) and the check or credit card info to the camp at the following address:
